1. General Return & Refund Restrictions​

• All HIMOOD oral care products are packaged in zippered carton boxes. Once the package is unzipped and opened, the product can no longer be resold due to hygiene and quality assurance standards.​

• Please note that shipping fees are already included in the marked price of our products. For the above two reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for no reason (e.g., change of mind, accidental purchase without quality issues).​
  
  

2. Handling of Damages Caused by Courier Services​

• In the event that the product package incurs external damage during transportation (caused by the courier), but the integrity of the internal products (e.g., unbroken seals, intact product appearance, no leakage of liquid products) remains unaffected, we regret that we cannot accept return or refund requests for this scenario.​

• If the courier service directly results in damage to the integrity of the internal products (e.g., broken product bodies, damaged functional parts, leaked or contaminated products), please contact our customer service team promptly. After verifying the damage with relevant evidence (such as photos/videos of the outer package and internal products), we will provide appropriate compensation to you in accordance with the actual damage situation.​
