Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

  • All product prices on our platform already include shipping fees. We will match the most suitable courier company for package delivery based on the state you are located in, including but not limited to GOFO Express, UNIUNI, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • The estimated delivery time varies by region: generally, it takes 3-7 business days for delivery to most contiguous states in the U.S. Remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

  • For oversized or overweight items (with a single item weight exceeding 30kg or a single package volume exceeding 0.5 cubic meters), we will contact you separately to confirm the shipping plan and whether additional shipping fees are required (if applicable).

  1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET) from Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Orders placed during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or U.S. public holidays (such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse on the next business day.

  • In case of unexpected situations (such as inventory shortages, system failures, or force majeure like extreme weather), the order processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email or phone of the specific delay and the revised dispatch time within 24 hours of order placement.

  1. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please carefully check and confirm the delivery address before placing an order. Once the order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will need to bear the re-shipping fee.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address (including street name, house number, apartment number, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

  • P.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not within our delivery range. Orders placed for these regions will be automatically canceled, and the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

  1. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing the order. This email will include the tracking number and the official website link of the corresponding courier company.

  • You can enter the tracking number on the courier company's official website to check the real-time logistics status of your package. Please note that tracking information may have a delay of 1-2 business days after dispatch; if you cannot query the information within 48 hours, please wait patiently.

  • If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your family members, neighbors, or property management. If you still cannot find the package, contact our customer service within 3 business days, and we will assist you in communicating with the courier company to investigate.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
